1. Rates are calculated on the basis of hotels mentioned. Hotel prices are based on the meal plans as outlined in the final tour itineraries. In case room type or meal plan is not mentioned, calculation is based on the base category room with breakfast only.
  2. Hotels for each category are selected as per the budget and through our feedback system. We suggest you check reviews and location of hotels mentioned to make sure it is as per your preferences before confirming the package.
  3. Standard check-in time at the hotel is normally 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. An early check-in, or a late check-out is solely based on the discretion of the hotel. All tour prices are based on the above times unless otherwise indicated in the itinerary.
  4. Hotel prices remain subject to change till the point of issue of confirmed vouchers in lieu of receipt of payment by the company.
  5. A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room (If rooms are on triple occupancy). The third occupant shall be provided a mattress/rollaway bed.
  6. AC will not be functional anywhere in cool or hilly areas. Any additional heater will be chargeable on the actual basis.
  7. Any extra bed/breakfast for kids which is not mentioned has to be paid directly by guest as per the hotel policy.
  8. The Company will provide meals as indicated in each tour itinerary. We hold the right to alter / change the predetermined venue without prior notice.
  9. All Buffet meal/ Room Service will be provided as per hotel policy.
  10. Menu at hotels will be as per their standard buffet or dinning plan. Hotels hold the right to alter/change the menu without prior notice.
  11. In Case of non-availability of room in chosen hotel then a similar hotel category will be given to you.
  1. Airline fares remain subject to change till the point of issue of ticket in lieu of receipt of payment by the company. The airline tickets booked are with the subject to the terms & conditions of the concerned airline.
  2. Airlines retain the right to reschedule flight times, route, change or cancel flights or itineraries independent of and without prior intimation to Evening Twilight Tours.
  3. Evening Twilight Tour has no control or authority over the logistics of the airlines and therefore is not liable for any loss, direct or incidental, that a user may incur due to such change or cancellation of a flight.
  4. The baggage allowance on given fare is as per the terms decided by the airline, and Evening Twilight Tours has no role to play in the same. The prices for adding check-in baggage to a booking may vary from airline to airline. The guest is advised to contact the airlines for detailed costs.
  5. Airlines/Transporter retain the right to modify tariff / rates or terms and conditions at any time at their discretion. We will not be liable for any such changes made by the Airlines/Transporter.
  6. The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary and will not be at disposal.
  7. Evening Twilight Tours has no control in Trains over the scheduling/re-scheduling, cancellations, confirmation from RAC to confirmed, delays, meal and berth preferences or any other lack or deficiency of services. Liability, if any, for the above-said stands against the Indian Railways.
  8. Only passengers with a confirmed e-ticket are permitted to board the train. Passengers are required to carry valid ID Proofs at the time of travel or boarding the train.
  9. Any failure by guests to board the vehicle within the given timelines at the boarding point or trip commencement point, shall result in forfeiture of the total booking amount paid by the guest without any refund rights.
  10. Guests shall stop and take breaks at specified places only. Guest shall avoid taking additional breaks except in case of emergency. Guest shall be responsible and liable for their own safety and security of luggage. Evening Twilight Tours shall not be responsible for any loss to guests or their luggage in any event.
  1. Airport and train station transfers include transport and the assistance of our representative/guide (If mentioned in the itinerary) who will assist the client in the check-in/check-out process. 
  2. Sightseeing tours and excursions include transport and services of local English-speaking guide (If mentioned in the itinerary).
  3. Guides speaking other languages are available upon request and are subject to additional charges. Since the services of other language guides may not be available in some cities, sufficient notice is advisable to allow us to reserve the services of the desired language guide. We cannot be held liable, in the event that a desired language guide is not found available.
  4. All the sightseen shall be done as per the itinerary and between given duration. Any additional waiting and holding will be on chargeable basis.
  5. Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot). Any Natural calamities company will not be liable for the same.
  6. For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will change it with other activities.
  1. If we are unable to provide a service comparable to that described in your tour itinerary, we will refund you the difference between the cost of the described service and the value of the substituted service.
  1. Any delay in the sightseen due to guest will not be compensated or refunded.

The Company does not provide any travel insurance and recommends its clients to take a comprehensive insurance cover prior to commencement of the tour. We recommend the following categories, which should be included in the insurance plan:

  1. Trip Cancellation and Interruption: should cover the payments made for non-refundable trips by air and / or land, due to cancellation prior to departure of the tour or due to interruptions during the tour, which may include events like sickness, injury etc. 
  2. Medical Expenses Cover: should cover the cost for physician, hospital charges including medicines for treatment, operation, hospitalization and emergency services. 
  3. Baggage Insurance: should cover purchase of clothing and other accessories, which may be required in the event of baggage delayed, stolen or damaged.
  4. Trip Delay: should cover meals and lodging expenses in the event that the trip is delayed.
  1. The Company does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions, default or misrepresentation, whether negligent or otherwise, made by service providers or other third parties.
  2. The Company does not provide any guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, of any kind to the client or to any other person.
  3. The Company is not responsible for theft or loss of clients’ valuables or items of personal property.
  4. The Company is not responsible under any circumstance in case of death or illness of the client.
  5. The photographs appearing in our brochures, website and your tour itinerary are representational only and we do not guarantee that everything will be exactly as depicted at the location upon arrival.
  6. The client will not be entitled to any refund if the client fails to follow the instructions of the Company or its representatives. We reserve the right to alter or cancel any services you have purchased and inclusions may vary depending on weather, service provider’s arrangements, or other uncertainties, and are subject to change.
  7. We don’t have any hidden charges except your lunch, and personal expenses. During The Journey if someone asks for extra money you may inform us and we will not be responsible if you pay the amount without our concern.
  8. Pricing of the booking is based on the age of the passengers. Please make sure you enter the correct age of passengers at the time of booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age details may incur penalty at the time of travelling.
